I have always been an active individual and while growing up, was very active in sports. I was faculty at Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles for four years and taught numerous courses on chiropractic spinal adjustment techniques as well as physiology and diagnostic courses.

Sara is the office manager at Envision Spine Solutions and oversees all clinic administrative operations.
Sara has spent years in the retail industry prior to joining Envision Spine Solutions and has earned a master's degree in accounting. Sara is passionate about working with people and greets patients with a smile and positive energy. Sara has been married to Dr. Milad Keshavarz since 2013.
